Small group yoga therapy classes are held in a convivial setting, allowing for greater personal attention during class. These 8 week courses run consecutively in a graduated manner using postures, breathing techniques and meditation in the classical Ashtanga tradition.

REJUVENATION & RELAXATION YOGA THERAPY
This class is ideal for beginners and those wishing to improve stamina, flexibility and energy levels. It is also beneficial in reducing stress, anxiety and high blood pressure, enabling us to rejuvenate, strengthen and balance the mind and body.

YOGA THERAPY FOR PREGNANCY
Pregnancy yoga builds strength and flexibility in the back, hips, legs and pelvis making pregnancy easier, preventing weight gain, fluid retention and backache. Breath control and meditation are used to improve oxygenation and instil calmness to handle the physical and emotional demands of childbirth.

YOGA THERAPY FOR BACK PAIN & SCIATICA
This class is designed to ease pain and improve mobility, muscle strength and posture using specific yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.

EXAM STRESS BUSTER YOGA THERAPY FOR TEENAGERS)
Yoga sequences set to cool music to reduce stress and recharge growing bodies and minds. Techniques are taught to improve concentration, relieve anxiety and increase self confidence during this formative and challenging time in our children’s lives.

CHILDREN’S YOGA THERAPY CLASSES (5-12 years)
This exciting new class uses yoga postures, movement and world music to support children’s emotional, physical and mental well being; improving concentration, coordination and motor skills. Each class features a creative theme, games and above all fun, ending with relaxation to aid a good nights’ sleep!
